NATURE HAS ALWAYS HELPED ME RESET — I JUST DIDN’T KNOW HOW MUCH

I’m an IT professional and a dad of three, living a pretty normal busy life. The forest was always a place where I could breathe, but I never went there intentionally or mindfully. It was just… pleasant.
Once I learned about forest bathing, I finally understood why being in the woods feels so good — and how much of that we miss when we rush through it without awareness.
My goal is to help others reconnect with nature in a simple and realistic way. Because we all deserve to feel grounded, even on our busiest days.
